Simple Money Spells

Magic doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are some very simple
rituals that might help you increase the overall prosperity in
your life. Some are old, some are new, but one thing is certain
they are all very superstitious. • Herbs are very well known for
the money-drawing properties. Small pots of rosemary, thyme,
basil, parsley are money drawing plants that are thought to
bring prosperity to your home • A horseshoe nailed above the
inside your front door is thought to keep prosperity in and keep
poverty out. The idea is that the horseshoe is like a cup that
embraces your good fortune. • A bowl of change by the front door
is thought to keep money in your pocket. Old or foreign coins
are thought to bring money to the home. • Placing a sprig of the
herb cinquefoil under your pillow is thought to improve your
cash flow. • The saying is “A Bayberry Candle burned to the
socket, brings prosperity to the home and money in the pocket.
Buy a pre-scented bayberry candle or anoint a green or pink
candle with bayberry oil and light it. • Sprinkling a little
cinnamon in your wallet is thought to hasten the speedy return
of any money that may leave your hands.” • A bed of shamrocks
planted at the front door is thought to increase money flow and
bring good fortune. • Wrap a bill with a large denomination
around a piece of mandrake root with an elastic band and place
it in your cash register to double your sales. • An acorn that
is hollowed out, filled with cinnamon, rosemary, thyme and gold
flakes and then sealed with green wax is thought to bring
opportunities and financial fortune your way. • For the
necessities of life, light a red candle to the Archangel Chamuel
and ask that you always have the tools of your trade, food on
your table, a roof over your head and money in the bank. • Make
lemonade out of your lemons. Juice lemons; add water and sugar
to taste. Stir the lemonade in the pitcher three times in a
counterclockwise circle, saying ” Gone, gone …bad luck
begone.” Then stir in a clockwise direction saying ” Mine, mine
…all good things are mine.” Drink. • Stick a clove of garlic
with nine pins and hang it near the front door to protect you
from poverty. • Fill a small bowl with equal parts of sugar,
salt and rice. Mix thoroughly and place an open safety pin in
its center. Keep the bowl out in the open to eliminate poverty.
• Rub a green candle with a tiny bit of honey, a sprinkle of
cinnamon and dab of orange juice or orange oil. Light and ask
for quick cash or money in a hurry. • To enhance business, find
three foreign coins and wrap them in a gold colored cloth. Place
it in the drawer of your cash register. • On a new moon, make a
slit in a yam and wedge a penny inside it. Put it outside for
fourteen days (until the full moon) and then bury it on the Full
moon. • Draw the Ace, Ten and Seven of diamonds from an ordinary
deck of playing cards. Anoint them with a commercial prosperity
oil (or cinnamon or bayberry oil) and carry the three cards in
your pocket to draw prosperity to you. • Whenever you find a
coin on the floor, step on it and say, “Money on the floor,
money at the door.” Then pick it up and put it in your pocket.

the truth about it

The choir had just finished rendering a soul touching songs of worship and praise, every member of the congregation was in the mood to go to heaven. I was willing to be the first on the list, honestly I was. The pastor mounted the altar, he was a man in his early thirties. He was wearing a black suit and a cream colored shirt and a red tie. He carried himself so gracefully like he was very much aware of the fact that he had a connection with a much higher being. Suddenly everywhere became dump with silence, and ears twitched. He had a story to tell. “One day a fisherman sailed out to the sea with his son and the son’s friend. That night nature was at rest, and the fisherman hoped for a big kill. They sailed deep into the sea, searching for the kill zone, but along the way they met a raging storm. The fisherman and his companions knew that they were in for a terrible ordeal, one they had not bargained for. As the storm caught up with their speed, a forceful wind swept across them, rocking the boat and sending overboard his son and the friend. The boat was drifting away from the spot where the boys were trying so hard to stay afloat. The fisherman had the chance of saving just one person out of the two that were floating on the sea. He had one life jacket with him, this he threw over board to his son’s friend, thus saving his life and allowing his son to drown. The fisherman had given up someone important, someone valuable to him in order to save another life”.

When he had finished talking, the two little boys that were sitting close to me touched the old man that was sitting next to them and asked him if the pastor’s story was a true life story. The old man turned to them and said,” the story is not a figment of his imagination. I am the old man; the boy that died was my son. And the pastor is his friend. My son was a born again Christian and his friend were not. I saved his life to give him a second chance at knowing God”. I gave up my son sacrificially.

While we are on the subject of “Don’t we All”, it may not be out of place to enquire from you when last you offered a sacrifice.. The kind of sacrifice that involves the fact of giving up something important or valuable to you in order to help another person get something that seems important to him. Something that will affect his life positively.

Curiosity prompted me to inquire as to the nature of this idea. I have suddenly realized that one of the biggest jobs in the world is this; giving up something that is valuable to us, and one of the greatest joys in life is this; knowing that we have been able to reach out and touch a life, thus affecting that life positively. In view of this, there is therefore a need for us to prescribe for ourselves a line of thought that should inspire us to give sacrificially. The idea of giving up something important to us to help others should be a habit of daily communication with others. This act insures the endurance of our riches and also serves as a dependable fetish through which we can draw upon the powers of the highest being.

The zeal to give sacrificially, to want to give up something important to us for others to benefit from gives power to our thoughts, and momentum to deeds. This helps to transmute into an enduring asset of priceless value of attainment of any purpose for us. When we give sacrificially we are sowing the seed of an equivalent reward because with time the seed will germinate into a full blown flower of opportunity. Giving up something valuable or important to us provides benefit far beyond the mere accumulation of material riches. This act is like a fertile, almost unlimited, field for the cultivation of upliftment and attainment. It is the sowing and reaping business. One that opens the door to success in the higher bracket of individual achievement.

We all have the privilege of giving sacrificially as a means of accumulating a reserve credit of goodwill and to provide for ourselves a just reason for demanding for more favors from God. No one should be compelled to give sacrifially; it must be a habit adopted on one’s initiative. It is an art of self expression that opens a door. We can find happiness by helping others find it.

It is true that most of us are limited by the space allotted to us. However the little we can give sacrificially can speak volumes of our benevolence. Most of us have been blessed because we choose to give sacrificially. Most of us acquired our riches through the act of receiving, the opportunity to give up something that is important or valuable to us to help others should be embraced; it should be one of our greatest satisfactions in life.

Can we be completely happy if we fail to give sacrificially, knowing that there is someone who really needs that help? Sometimes when we fail to offer certain assistance, we fail to free the mind from certain inhibitions and self imposed limitations which may directly or indirectly bring about the upliftment of today’s desires and tomorrows aims.

The greatest benefit from giving sacrificially does not come to those to whom the help is rendered. It comes to the one who has made the sacrifice; his deeds come back to him greatly multiplied. ‘THAT WHICH I GIVE AWAY CAN I RETAIN AS MY OWN”

You Don’t Have To Plug Electric Sunglasses Into An Outlet

Electric sunglasses is the name of a design of skateboarding sunglasses. They come in many great designs such as Electric EC/DC, Electric VOL and Electric Maxwell. You can have electric sunglasses with or without polarized lenses - whatever you prefer in designer sunglasses. They are very fashionable and a little less costly than other designer sun glasses.

Well known personalities in the world of snow sports and skateboarding have endorsed Electric sunglasses. They come in nine different styles, including Electric Vol sunglasses and at the reasonable price of $60 to $95 per pair, they are well worth the money. Compared to other designer sun glasses that sell for over $200 a pair because of the polarized lenses, you know you are getting a bargain when you buy Electric.

All the frames for the Electric sunglasses, except for the Flux aviator style in the Electric line, are made from grylamide. This is a nylon material so that the sunglasses, even the Electric Vol sunglasses, are lightweight and fit snugly to your face. When you are flying through the air, you don’t want the sunglasses to slip and distract you. This is why there are rubber grips on the nosepiece that stick even tighter when they get wet.

The lenses in Electric sunglasses are made from polycarbonate - a shatterproof material. These sunglasses go through stringent testing before they go to market to make sure they meet the shatterproof test. The nylon frame comes in a wraparound design so that no UV rays cane get around the sides and you can keep the sunglasses firmly in place.

Electric Vol sunglasses do not have polarized lenses. These sunglasses have thin frames and large lenses. The style seems reminiscent of the sunglasses of the 1940’s and the Vol sunglasses are designed for fashion. You also have a choice in the color or lens you want, such as oyster/bronze, lavender or white gloss. Some of the Electric sunglasses, such as the Electric Maxwell and Electric Noise, do contain these lenses. If you can get polarized sunglasses for such a low price, why pay the high prices for biker sunglasses when these work just as well?

Electric sunglasses, great sunglasses at a great price, and fashionable too.

The Softer Benefits Of Corporate Giving

Have a favorite charity or non-profit community cause to which you contribute time and resources? Chances are your company will be interested in supporting it, too.

According to the Giving USA 2004 study released by the Giving USA Foundation in the summer of 2004, American individuals, estates, foundations, and corporations gave an estimated $240.72 billion to charitable causes in 2003. In the US, during the five years spanning 1998-2002, corporations contributed $55 billion, (5%) of the total $1135 billion. Corporations also gave through foundations, which contributed an addition $121 billion (11%) of the five year total.

People tend to be aware that there are financial benefits to corporations for donating to charities and that corporations want to be good, forward-acting citizens. What peopleand many organizationsdon’t realize yet is that there are still other motivators and benefits for corporate giving. The fact is, increasing numbers corporations are extending the benefits of their corporate giving activities by leveraging them as team building programs and employee support initiatives that increase even further the benefits these activities bring to the company itself.

For example, according to Marjorie Polycarpe in a December 2003 article Re-Examining Workplace Giving Programs (http://www.onphilanthropy.com/bestpract/bp2003-12-31.html), she quotes the manager of the employee giving campaign at American Express, Angela Woods, who discussed how her company involved employees early on in their planning process for corporate giving activities to help guide their choices for charities. Getting employee input helped American Express identify the causes and charities that were most important to their employees.

This approach helps organizations communicate to their employees that they respect and support their employees’ donations of personal time and resources. It also helps companies demonstrate that support, by forming foundations, by contributing cash, in-kind gifts, and/or matching programs, and by encouraging other employees to get involved in particular causes and facilitating their involvement.

When companies form foundations, they establish organizations focused on giving to a particular cause or which is authorized to contribute to approved organizations.

Companies can also contribute cash gifts directly to charitable organizations.

When companies donate non-cash resources, these are called in-kind gifts. In-kind gifts can be products that the company produces, moved out of its inventory, or they can be can be other items that the charity can use, such as furniture, computers, food, etc. When companies contribute the services for which they normally charge clients, for example, marketing or legal services, these in-kind gifts are called pro bono donations.

To help support charities that their employees contribute to or to encourage employees to contribute to charities already supported by the organization, companies can enable donations to come directly from the employee’s payroll check. Frequently when such systems are in place, they are part of a company matching program which has the company match, or exceed by some percentage, cash donations made by the employee. So, for example, if an employee contributes $50 per pay period to an authorized charity, the company would contribute $100 per pay period in a 2:1 program. The company would be contributing in a similar manner for all of the other employees in the program.

Companies are finding that this sort of support, in addition to public recognition and praise of employees who donate their time and personal resources to various causes, helps them communicate to employees that they are valued as individuals. It also provides a forum through which the company can show appreciation to the employee for the benefits it receives through the positive association with the employee.

According to Kurt Rechner, President and Chief Operating Officer of Tejas Securities Group, Inc., “Tejas Securities contributes regularly to charities as a way to give back to our community and to show support for our employees and the companies with which we do business. For example, we’ve made contributions to the Children’s Medical Center Foundation of Austin, the Austin Film Society, and Meals on Wheels, each of which provides wonderful benefits to the people in and around our home-base of Austin, Texas. In addition, we recently learned about the great work being done by Big Brothers of Massachusetts, and we made contributions to that organization as well. I think it’s important for companies to openly communicate with their employees and business partners about their corporate giving activities. By sharing information, the employees feel valued, the organization learns about good organizations that need its supportand it creates a win: win all the way around.”

Companies frequently find themselves contributing around themes. Some, for example, find their employees tend to want to support health-related causes, such as Breast Cancer Research or Alzheimer’s research or other causes that may have affected families and friends. Other organizations find their employees gravitate towards education-related initiatives, such as the TJ Ford Foundation and Reading Is Fundamental. And many organizations find themselves contributing to organizations that help support children, especially organizations that provide esteem-building like Big Brothers/Big Sisters and those helping children with special needs, such as Special Olympics and Make a Wish Foundation.

With good causes being a good rallying point for boosting morale, many organizations use their corporate giving programs as team building tools to help unite their workers around a common charitable cause. They find that uniting workers for an outside cause helps reinforce their ability to work together for the companies’ good as well.

So if you’re an employee who is active in a charity, consider extending the value of your contributions by getting your employer involved. And if you’re an employer who wants to expand the benefits of your contributions program, explore ways to involve your employees, too. The non-profits you support will thank you.

Obtain Cheap Sports Shoe Gear on the World Wide Web

Sports shoes is possibly the most significant piece of equipment you’ll buy so it’s very important that you pick the appropriate pair. Buy camping equipment online today.

A great number of people do not appreciate that there are many differences in the way in which sports trainers support your feet. It is not good for your feet if you play football or tennis in the exact same shoes that you wear for running.

“It has been reported, that 65% of the UK’s recreational men and women sportsmen wear the wrong trainers for their elected sports activity,” he says. “Trainers are the most important piece of sportswear gear you’ll ever obtain and varying what you wear on your feet can avert damage.”

Football can put a lot of pressure on the feet, particularly when playing on hard pitches for example AstroTurf. The football shoes can also put force on your feet, & it’s not odd for a footballer to suffer from corns, calluses or damaged, thickened and ingrown toenails. A fantastic, well-fitted pair of shoes is very important & there should not be any signs of pressure on the foot after a game or training session.

Racquet sports: It is vital when taking part racket sports, like that of tennis or squash, to pick and choose shoes exclusively designed for the purpose. These sports activity involve a lot of left-to-right movement and jogging trainers will not offer the suitable steadiness. Racquet sport shoes are heavier & stiffer than running trainers, because their toes are designed for stop-&-go action. Comfort is instructed to be your core concern & it is important to change your sports shoes repeatedly.

Walking is a fabulous way to begin a mild exercise regime, whereas the more experienced go for climbing. It’s terrific for your cardiovascular health but is lower impact and so comes with reduced risk of harm.

Father’s Day is Special!

Father’s Day is Special!

What makes Father’s Day so special is that it IS one of only a few days that is really ONLY about your Dad. Most other holidays, Dad gets left out, or taken for granted!

Dad does not often get the chance to take center stage, to be the star. Sure we would miss him if he wasn’t there, but he is just expected to be competent and make sure things work as they should. Things like carving the Turkey, making sure the BBQ is working, cutting the lawn, etc. etc.!

On Father’s Day we get the opportunity to focus all our love, appreciation and attention on our Dads.

Surely, just giving gifts is not enough to show Dad how wonderful and special we think he is.

If your Dad is alive, by all means, buy him special, unique gifts that show him that you know his interests and who he really is! But make the effort to spend some time with him, as well.

There is nothing like spending time with someone, even a little time, to show much you value them.

Even if you have several siblings, as I do, each on of you will have a unique relationship with your Dad. That’s just the way it is! It does not mean that your Dad has favourites, but just as each person is different, so are relationships.

Spending a quiet, separate moment with Dad, doesn’t have to be obvious, it can be as simple as being alone for a few minutes in the kitchen or while he is making drinks!

Don’t Take Advice From Successful People

Do you know what the problem is with asking successful people for advice? They don’t always know why they are successful - but they’ll give you all the reasons you want. I once watched an 100-year-old man explain that smoking every day was the secret to his longevity. It would be great to know why he lived so long, but I’m pretty sure we won’t learn by asking him.

Don’t Listen To Success - Model It

Don’t do as they say, but rather do as they do. That is the way to learn success from the successful. A wealthy real estate investor once told me he didn’t believe in setting goals. Only later in the conversation did I realize that he knew just where he expected to be with his projects in six months. That’s goal-setting - he just called the process something else.

Don’t stop listening to what successful people have to say - but read between the lines. Look at their words for insight into how they think about things, how they approach their challenges. A successful basketball player might only advise you to practice more, but if he mentions “I saw that going in,” after a great shot, start visualizing your shots going in.

Copy Everything At First

Sometimes we won’t know what is causing a person’s succcess. I once tried to exchange links with other websites, but the owners didn’t respond to my emails. Then I found a letter used by a successful internet marketer to get links. It sounded silly to me, and I wanted to change it, but the first time I tried it, it worked.

At first, it may be best to just copy many of the actions, attitudes and approaches of someone who is succeeding. As you learn, you can drop those parts that aren’t contributing, and add elements of your own. Model a successful parent, for example, and don’t worry if you don’t know right away which changes have made life with your children so much better.

You may not ever understand why some things work, but you don’t need to, do you? Better to have success than to explain it. So do what they do, not what they say.

The Foreclosure Test

Hoards of consumers will need to select between filing bankruptcy or permitting their home loan lender to foreclose their home. If monthly mortgage payments are not made, the financial institution will likely file a foreclosure on the property. Not anything shy of paying for the mortgage on time is guaranteed block the foreclosure proceedings. Foreclosure will be very same for anyone who has not been able to pay his house loan; the home loan lender will boot you out onto the sidewalk and sell it to get back their loses. House loans are just like auto loans; if you cannot pay your payments you might have it repossessed.

Bankruptcy is a legal action registered by a person who cannot pay their debts as agreed. If the debtor is in the middle of bankruptcy then all active civil legal proceedings connected to the mortgage will be put on hold. Consequently, legally, a mortgage lender has to stop all collection activity. A lender may appeal for relief from the automatic stay, and if it is permitted, can go on with the aforementioned process. Declaring Bankruptcy will not halt foreclosure and you must still repay your mortgage. Bankruptcy does not solve the problem; it simply makes the process go forward more slowly.

While insolvency is not going to permanently obstruct a foreclosure, it gives an individual time to repay the past due portions or at a minimum it can make it tiny bit easier to repay the mortgage lender. Bankruptcy law necessitates a mortgage lender to put a hold on a foreclosure action, a mortgage payer has a bit of time to produce the cash to pay the lender. Insolvency is the last option for any home owner. This will eventually happen when he is completely incapable of satisfying their lenders’ minimum commitments. With bankruptcy, some non-secured debts will probably be discharged but the real estate loan will not. The home owner must be ready to pay back the real estate loan within the allotted time as the debt is guaranteed by real assets. In addition, Chapter thirteen insolvency has a schedule of payments that will be court ordered, and permits the home owner make payments on their real estate loan to get up to date on their mortgage payments.

There are legal fees to pay. Possibly, it may cost the borrower more in legal fees than it does to simply buckle down and make up the overdue payments on the home loan. If you know somebody that is thinking that declaring bankruptcy might be a solution to the problem, a bankruptcy lawyer should be capable of answering any questions you have. Because insolvency is very complicated, the borrower should not attempt to do it without help from a a professional.

This is not legal advice. We have not made any representation that this article is legal advice. Find a bankruptcy attorney in your state for legal advisement.

Graduation Diplomas For All

Kindergarten graduation gowns

Most kindergartens include an official graduation as part of their event calendar. As part of the occasion, children are customarily required to dress up in official graduation outfits. The key components of the ceremonial attire, however, are the kindergarten graduation gowns. These robes drape the toddlers giving them a look of distinction. The gowns are usually tailored with pilgrim cloth or polyester; however different fabrics may be used keeping in mind the practicality for small children. They usually have two wide front panel pleats and other smaller pleats to the side. To complete the full attire, the children wear a graduation cap. For custom made gowns, the correct measurements have to be given, for a proper fit. The gown may be accessorized with adornments like stoles or medals. Graduation day is a special occasion regardless of age, and for the young graduates in

Kindergarten graduation gowns, it is an occasion to be treasured for years to come. A common practice for parents is to mount and frame the kindergarten graduation gowns. This is a beautiful display for commemoration of one’s first academic graduation ceremony. The custom made gowns may be purchased as part of a package or as individual garments.
