Financial planners or personal financial planners are professionals who help people deal with a variety of personal financial problems. This can be done by means of setting up a correct plan. Some time ago it didn’t seem such a big issue that the big boss yelled at his employees everyday. Workers from all categories, after receiving a powerful dose of stress at the workplace, used to come home and have a hard time dealing with their family life.

In time people found many ways to relief stress but the majority of them never discovered healthy ways to resolve their problems and because of that their families suffer.

3. For some people it is impossible to find any spare time between getting off of work and getting home. So the advice for them is to try to find something relaxing in the car or when they get home. Music is a great stress relief method. It’s helpful to have some CDs with your favorite music in your car. Also there is no problem if you don’t start your homework the moment you arrive home. Try to read a magazine or to play with your kids.

4. There are also old stress management methods like deep-breathing or other meditative moves.

5. If you really feel very stressed at work you should talk about this issue with others but you should always try to find persons who can listen and understand you.

In conclusion choose some healthy way stress relief methods. If you don’t do anything about your stress problem then you can become a negative force in your family.

Dating tips that work- which of the three types of women should you be dating?

When most “dating gurus” and sex therapists spout their dating tips, they often complicate the whole process with unusable theory and psychobabble.

I’m going to bypass that, make it brain-dead simple for you, and most importantly, reveal a few dating tips you can apply in the real world. In these dating tips, I’m going to share with you the little-known concept of the “three types of women.”

There’s a wonderful book you should read called “Winning Through Intimidation” by Robert Ringer. You can get it on Amazon for a few bucks (get the original version published in the 1970’s, not the new “touchy feely” one.) Many people are turned off by the title, thinking it’s about “scaring” people into giving you what you want. That’s not what it’s about, though. It’s actually about protecting yourself from intimidation. It’s also a fun read, full of hilarious stories and even a few cartoons (of turtles wearing sunglasses). But it’s a book each and everyone looking for dating tips needs to read, because the part I’m about to share with you absolutely applies to interacting successfully and effortlessly with sexy women.

In the book, Ringer talks about the three types of people in the business world- and in my experience he’s 100% correct. Here they are. Type #1- this is the guy who is out to get all your “chips” and lets you know about it. This guy is “straightforward” about his intentions, what some would call honest. Type #2 this is the guy who assures you he is not out to get your “chips”, and in fact, tells you he wants you to get everything that is coming to you. Then he attempts to grab all your “chips” anyways. Type #2’s are the most treacherous type. Type#3: this is the guy who assures you he is not out to get your chips, and sincerely means it, but by his bumbling, stumbling or just pure incompetence he winds up trying to take them anyways (even though he doesn’t mean to). How do the “three types” translate into a usable dating tip?

And, how does all of this relate to success with attracting sexy women? Well, it’s been my experience that women fall into, roughly, these three types as well. Type #1: she’s straightforward with you about her intentions… whether she’s into “fun friends,” or looking for a husband, she is forthright with you up front. She knows herself and what makes her happy. Type #2: this is the woman who appears to be straightforward with you about what she wants… but for whatever reason, she’s out to get your money, deliberately break your heart, or she’s just pissed at all men -what a female friend of mine called a “cruel woman.” Like the above type #2, the operative word here is “treacherous.” Type #3: this is the woman who truly believes herself when she tells you what she’s looking for, but for whatever reason, bad things seem to happen around her… she “self sabotages” whenever things are going good, and winds up wreaking great emotional havoc on the men in her lives, even though she doesn’t mean to. The result is still the same as dealing with a Type #2, though, and that’s why it’s vitally important you pay close attention to the above dating tips.

Obviously you want to spend your time with the Type #1’s (in business and with women) and avoid the Type #2’s. If you pay attention and listen for her, what I call, map/model of the world, you can usually identify the Type #2’s. You’ll hear things like “my last boyfriend was cheap, he wouldn’t take me out or buy me things.” Or, things like, “I drove by his house and a strange car was in the driveway… he was cheating on me.” Here is a dating tip that will save you time, money, and heartache: when you hear things like this, run away FAST.

Type #3’s can be more difficult to identify. It usually takes a lot longer, and you have to pay careful attention. Listen for things like, “It was going along so good, and I just don’t know what happened.” Type #3’s are controlled by their “inner world,” not in control of it. That’s why I usually recommend starting any relationship as just “fun friends” so you can begin to get a clear picture of her map/model of the world and pinpoint her Type. A lot of what appear to be Type #1’s in the beginning actually identify themselves as Type #3’s later on down the line. You can never stop paying attention, or you will get in trouble. Dating tips like this one can be applied, and used day in and day out. Start paying attention to this, and watch just how true this is. It’s the difference between happiness and misery!

Five Resorts to Snowboard in Europe

The following list cannot be seen to be authoritative, it contains my favorite resorts for skiing holidaysin Europe. You could list Chamonix, La Chavanette and Portes du Soleil but these resorts are my favorite skiing resorts.

1. Flims Laax Falera, Switzerland ” Is famous for its 3 connected mountains: Flims, Laax and Falera making up one of the most popular skiing areas in Switzerland. It is more for the intermediate skiers and beginners, with over 130 miles of slopes to satisfy all skiers.

2. Verbier, Switzerland ” With its four fantastic valleys and over 240 miles of slopes, this is a resort more for the experienced skier looking for a challenge. Exploring its off piste and moguls are just some of the things that make it worth your visit.

3. Cortina d`Ampezzo, Italy ” Picture perfect, the most beautiful winter wonderland resort in the world, its fantastic slopes are idyllic for beginners and intermediates. The scenery is jaw dropping even if the skiing isnt.

4. Kitzbhel, Austria ” the 5 main skiing areas around the resort have plenty of slopes catering to the needs of everyone - this ski resort is one to try out. Contrary to the easy going nature of most of the courses Kitzbhel contains one of the most challenging world cup circuit courses in the world,the Hahnenkamm.

5.Chamonix, France - Situated at the foot of Mont-Blanc this town boasts fantastic skiing such as Les Grand Montets (1235 m ” 3000 m) and the linked areas of Br©vent / Fl©gre (1030 m - 2525 m) whilst providing a sense of adventure that won’t disappoint.

Standardized Tests

Study, Study, Study

The worst thing you can do before a standardized test is not study. There aren’t many people who can just waltz into the testing room and ace one without any test preparation. You have to buckle down, take those practice tests, and most of all LEARN from your mistakes on them!

Speaking of Practice Tests

Get some, and use them. These will probably be the most valuable things you can get your hands on besides the test answers themselves. (Not to mention practice tests aren’t illegal… stealing the answers is) First, get yourself at least three different copies of the practice tests, and for the first test, take as long as you want, and work through each question. No stress. Then for the second practice test, time yourself. Still don’t worry about how long it takes you, but be aware of what types of questions take you the longest. Next, time yourself again, but don’t go very much over the time limit. Maybe 5 minutes max. Again, pay attention to what types of questions you’re taking the most time on. Finally, on the last practice test or two, time yourself and stick to it. Don’t go over the time limit. While you’re taking the test, make sure you remember which types of questions gave you trouble, and if you can’t answer one of those right off the bat, move on then come back to it if you have time. There is no use missing a couple of “easy” questions because you spent too much time on one you couldn’t figure out. You can always come back for a hard one, but you can’t get the easy ones you didn’t answer back after the time limit.

REMEMBER THIS!

Hopefully that headline will help you remember this during your test preparation, as well as when you actually take the test. ALWAYS read the directions - for every test, every section, every question. If there are directions there, read them. Period. If you don’t read the directions, you may answer incorrectly or spend too much time trying to figure out a question that you shouldn’t have had a hard time with if you had read the directions. I cannot stress this enough - READ the directions!

Be Well Rested

The worst thing you can do is pull an “all-nighter” the night before a big test. It is almost guaranteed to ruin your test preparation. Think about it - taking a test is stressful, and your body can only take so much stress before you have to sleep it off. If you don’t sleep (or don’t sleep much) the night before a big standardized test, chances are the stress of the test will take its toll on your body, and your brain will begin to react more slowly. You will miss things you should have otherwise noticed, miss questions you should have known, etc. You can’t afford to do this on a standardized test.

Along that same note, show up to the test site early. That way, if you forget something, you’ve got time to go get it. That will help reduce your stress level, and thus, help increase your score. Again, too much stress will ruin all of the test preparation you’ve done.

Remember What You Learned From The Practice Tests

Remember when I said that you should pay attention to the types of questions you stumble over during your test preparation? Remember that when you’re taking the test. If you’re getting stuck on a question, skip it and come back. Just like you did during the practice tests. You’re better off trying to come back if you have time left over than you are wasting time on a question you might get wrong anyway. Go do the questions you can answer quickly! And if you’ve got time left over after you’ve answered all of the questions, go back and re-read them all and make sure your answers are right. At this point, you can afford to wrestle with an quetion that you stumbled over. However, remember this - your first instinct is usually the best one. Don’t talk yourself out of an answer you know is right.

Don’t Worry

Standardized tests aren’t the be-all end-all. There are plenty of people out there who didn’t do well on standardized tests at all, and they’re doing quite well for themselves. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t get a good score, just do some more test preparation and give it another try!

Without wasting much time, here are some of the personality traits men hate in women.

The “Bit_ _” - I have read in some popular women’s magazines that men actually like women with the “B” attitude. This could not be farther from the truth. The reality is that men may want to take this kind of woman to bed, but at the end of the day, a man wants to settle down with the kind of woman that will give him peace of mind and happiness, without the drama that “B’s” are known to bring to the table. If you have been called the “B” word, bear in mind that you can still be respected as a strong woman without being a “B.” Stand firm on your opinions, respect the opinions of others, and you will be respected. It is all about respect. If you respect others, if you are not insulting, if you don’t speak to others in a condescending manner, you are well on your way to losing the “B” title, and you will the be the better for it.

The Sleaze - For men, sleazes are just good for sex. When men want serious relationships with women, they definitely make sure they avoid the sleazy ones. What makes a woman sleazy? Simple. When you are over the edge with your desire to express your sexiness through your appearance and behavior. If you dress in ways that are too revealing, you could come across as sleazy. If you go around being overly flirtatious, you risk being called a sleaze. If you constantly desire sexual gratification from strangers, you are definitely a sleaze.

If you think you may be a sleaze, based on the brief description given above, you can make some changes and gain the respect you deserve. Start by wearing clothes that are not too revealing. You can still be sexy without letting your chest or underwear hang out. If you have an urge to get between the sheets with strangers, you must realize that you are taking enormous risks and could expose yourself to HIV. Get help from a therapist, if you cannot tame this drive inside you.

The Dominator - Is it your way or the highway? Well, if you come across as a lady who wants to run a man’s life, you run the risk of being dumped or completely avoided. No man wants to be in a relationship with any woman who wants to run his life. When you can’t accept compromises, you are a dominator. To change this behavior, you must learn to accept compromises. You must learn to accept the points of view expressed by others, especially those you claim to love and cherish. When you get the urge to take control of a particular activity your man is engaged in - don’t. Let him take care of his affairs unless he asks for your help.

The Slob - Nothing turns men off like a woman that cannot keep herself or her environment up. People generally are drawn to people and environments that are clean. Have you gone to a restaurant and wanted to sit down at a dirty table? The answer is an unequivocal NO. If people have called you a slob, you probably are. If you want to make sure that you are not keeping members of the opposite sex away, you can start making changes in this area. Start by making sure you are wearing clean and ironed clothes. Make sure you do your hair and nails, and use some makeup. Then move on to get your home clean and organized. Just make these changes, and see the difference it will make in your life.

The prude - When you come out as straight-laced, too proper in both speech and behavior, you come across as one that who lacks a good sense of humor. When you don’t have a sense of humor - when you cannot give or take a joke - no man will be thrilled to be in any meaningful relationship with you. If you come across as a prude, the perception is that you would also be unimaginative and a log in bed. If you think this description comes close to your personality, you can make some changes now, before it is too late. Relax a bit in your use of the English language. Use slang from time to time - it is only a colorful way of expressing yourself. Allow yourself room to make mistakes. Find ways to make people laugh, and take a joke when one comes your way.

Stay in Shape - Cycling Workouts For the Winter Months

It’s that time of year. The time when you decide it’s fine to ride in 12 degree weather. The time when your food and water freezes, your hands and feet go numb, and your bike gets covered in water and road salt…

It’s the time of year when you decide that you were a freakin idiot for going outside!

That “time of year” for me was yesterday. My first ride outside in sub 25 degree weather. It’s the same every year. Through spring, summer, and fall you tend to forget just how bad it is… and you think you’re tough enough to handle it. Well… you’re not!

Just one ride brings back the painful experiences of just one year ago. The warming of frostbitten hands and feet - what a way to end a ride! It’s enough to make me want to stay out in the cold!

I even bought a trainer this year. And I wore it out after a month. So, inevitably, I rode outside in frigid temperatures. Now I’m getting ready to buy some rollers. Then I’ll stay inside like a sane person!

Perhaps I’ll even pick up some workout videos. I have a CTS mountain biking video, the Spinervals might be ok, but I’m more interested in the Cyclo-core workouts. [See resource box below.] There’s a little bit of everything - riding, light lifting, etc. - and best of all: just 30-60 minutes each!

You get to stay inside, avoid trainer boredom, and you don’t even have to go to the gym! Definitely too good to pass up!

Bournemouth First Town to Get Fibrecity FTTH

About 50 residents of Bournemouth are now enjoying 100Mb fibre optic broadband under the Fibrecity FTTH network. Fibrecity is an initiative by i3 Group, earlier known as H20 Networks.

The manner in which the network reaches users is quite innovative. Instead of digging up roads for laying cables, the company has used existing sewer lines as conduits. The project is the beginning of the fifteen-town coverage for Fibrecity, with Dundee being the next city on the list.

The i3 Group has already made plans for other areas in the UK. According to estimates, Fibrecity will connect approximately 2,000 new homes per week once the project is in full force.

During the period that the network is new and being tested by engineers, Fibrecity customers in Bournemouth are actually enjoying free installation and service. They will have to start paying for the same the moment the project is completed and moves out of Bournemouth. The next town to be connected, Dundee, will also have the same offer available once work on the Fibrecity network begins there. The estimated time of completion of Dundee’s Fibrecity network is around the end of 2010. For more info on what broadband is available to you, click here.

CEO of the i3 Group, Elfed Thomas talked about the merits of Fibrecity in comparison to BT’s attempts at fibre optic broadband. He said that Fibrecity is the only network that will supply all homes with fibre right up to the living room. In contrast, BT is still using older and slower copper networks, something that Fibrecity avoids at all costs.
